The plot being retarded I can handle but what annoyed me the most is if you actually leverage NG+ enemies just deal so much damage the only thing that matters to the player for your own weapons is time to kill which makes some of the more interesting weapons (like the grav dart and fire revolver) kinda worthless. The dlc laser is also broken as fuck.

Clunky as all fuck but full of legitimately great ideas that changed up the typical survival horror formula. The item crafting, inventory system, destructible environments and fire propagation were all really cool. Very satisfying to grab a fire extinguisher and bash a locked door down, rather than the usual RE style key hunt. Plus, the late, great James McCaffrey.
