Its a very entertaining fight, she has a massive 2 handed hammer with a furnace inside it for fire dmg and an exhaust so she can use it to propel herself.
She also has a super sneaky shoulder check in the middle of one of her combos that hit me 100% of the times she did it
DLC was all fantastic, you should pick it up if you enjoyed the base game.

The actual answer is that when people die their "soul" or whatever you want to call it becomes ergo. You can put that ergo in a puppet to make it "live" and operate, but only P was able to become the person he once was.

The only thing that's kind of weird about the story to me, unless I missed something, is that you have two different villains both trying to destroy the city/become gods/whatever but both are unrelated to each other? I have a max level character (100 in every stat) with the best gear and P-organ allocation and some of the bosses in difficulty 5 still two shot me from full health (mainly looking at Overseer, he hits way harder than he has any right to)
