Any controller that doesn't incorporate TMR or at least hall effect sticks are simply not built to last

Then get a gullikit controller. Don't fall for the 1st party scam controllers they want you to keep buying new ones when the sticks and triggers inevitably wear out in a couple of months

It really fucks me up that 50 dollar third party controllers have all kinds of great features while first party controllers fucking dont and cost double to triple(sometimes even quadruple) that.
