I honestly don't know anymore if it's just nostalgia or actual quality, but the starting zones in WoW are all so comfy and really make it feel like the humble beginnings of an epic. When Classic came out it felt the same way. Dun Morogh is my favorite, the harsh snow contrasts really well with the cozy hearths when you go back to town.
