Also, designing good engineering mechanics that are intuitive and fun is actually hard as hell. Stuff like Besiege and Space Engineers scratched the itch for a while, but most games either go full autismo and scare off casuals, or dumb it down into LEGO sandbox crap. Thereโs no middle ground that both sells and satisfies the tinker brain.
