Skill/career build? It's not that important on normal, like halfway through the game you'll have more cyber modules you'll know what to do with unless you dump everything on useless skills on purpose
Version is pretty irrelevant, you can mod the og and get basically the same thing. Only thing of note is that the community patch (enabled by default in remaster) rebalances stuff and makes it slightly harder. Like for example there's an early weapon you can get in good condition and with minimal skill point investment, they went ahead and made it have shitty condition and raised the skill requirement
