The company could always shut down and make nothing. If they do make something, they have no obligation to sell it all, let alone to sell it at some nebulous “ethical price” created self-serving wannabe central planners. Likewise, you could be unwilling to buy the game for anything more than a penny, and there’d be nothing wrong with that. But then you don’t get to own the game
