If you want more casual and traditional tycoon games the Two Point series are all cheap and good. If you like RCT then parkitect is the real sequel to it. Steamworld: Build is a casual anno mixed with a casual dugeon keeper and is pretty cheap, but it's a pretty short game, though I found it VERY fun and it's filled with a lot of personality so I kept coming back.
