Whats the point of customizable characters in Diablo? Aren't they top down perspective? At best you're only going to be seeing the characters head or something

Just like everything else its half implemented garbage that they cant go back and fix, or simply refuse to bother because the game shit the bed compared to their mobile slop.
Diablo 3 has a feature that lets you reroll your character each season, 1:1 remake. Diablo 3 has no character customization.
Diablo 4 has character customization, and no way to save your customization, nor the rebirth feature for seasons.
What fucking logic does that make?
