It's good but it's not really a video essay since he's just rambling over the gameplay rather than reading from a structured script, and the video doesn't really coalesce into anything meaningful by the end other than "you should try this yourself in one of your favorite games cause you might get some newfound appreciation for it" which is fine but isn't exactly brilliant analysis.

the glazing is crazy

dmc1 is ok. the bosses are bad, and the ones that aren't are ruined by the camera. writing is poor if you care about that kind of thing. that's all there is to say. no this is not a good video.
