Pretty good, yeah; Gameplay speaking of course:
-Its got the rail grinding same as in Mario Kart World
-Kart controls are excellent (personally I find better thank MK8's)
-at high level play, the game can go almost as fast as 200cc
-the jumping & and the boost mechanic which is what I think sets it apart from other kart racers.

That said. I do think the game can get pretty pricey if you choose to go that route. (the Battle Pas IMO should be $5 instead of fucking $10). I do wish they would balance the roster better. Lightweights are basically screwed in this game, so just don't play as them and youre fine.

You have a decent roster full of a bunch of different races (human, monster, animals, toys, aliens, etc), animation styles, and characters from different eras, and they've all been homogenized into wearing dull ass racing suits. It's boring.
