The game pretty much opens up after you get the weapon gacha and do the part time job tutorials, Wonder's mom texts him and reminds him to cook for himself and take care of the garden and you can go buy books to read and etc. You may have to do some more of the palace to unlock some of the other events like the girl in the MMO. Well Mona's a 5 star so it's a good pull no matter how you slice it especially since you only had to reroll once.

The global version of this game is well behind the Chinese version, so if we're guessing at balance looking ahead based on that version, Mona is strong early on but drops off very quickly whereas Ann is still relevant in the Chinese version so she's a better investment. You'd be better off rerolling for Ann and grabbing 2 dupes from the selectors so you can get her to A2, but what you have is also fine if you don't feel like going super meta
