How was this done you ask? By comparing the pixel movement through an ufo test video.
How did they do it on the switch 2 you ask if it has not been jailbroken and the official filmware has no internet browser? Through a youtube video, which downclocks the screen to 60hz to save battery (because no jewtube video goes over that anyway) like any game that doesn't use the full 120hz would.
The video even literally admits to the downclocking around 4:50 even, "Switch 2 60hz IPS LCD"
