The fact Shadow was demoted to Assist trophy and Banjo Kazooie *actually* making it to the roster is quite interesting in hindsight.

Why have the 2020s been so devoid of shared game culture experiences? The Ultimate hype and rosterfagging is something that could never happen again, which is a damn shame because it was fun looking back. It really feels like this decade has lacked in anything gaming related that just draws in the entire space.

For the foreseeable future, flavor of the month games are basically going to be exactly that (or chasing it). Chasing that shared gaming experience dragon. New Horizons, Baldurs Gate 3, Expedition 33, probablynother stuff I'm forgetting because I don't care.

Geno needs to be in more Mario games before he can be in Smash. Put him in Mario Kart at least.

That was always a lot better than what we actually got including DLC. Obviously we got Banjo at least.

I'll admit, I fell for this... Yet it's so obvious in hindsight: Geno, Golden Sun, AND Banjo? Banjo did end up happening anyways but it had all the telltale signs of wish fulfillment fake leaks.

I want Geno in things too, but ONLY if Mallow gets to join as well. It would be weird otherwise, they're a pair

Unironically should've gotten this over what we actually got. Banjo would've made it in anyway, but at least we wouldn't've gotten Sora.

Your bullshit isn't helping in the slightest.
You've made 70% or /v/ threads impossible to have a civil discussion in. Deflecting all criticisms and remarks as your functional boogie men. Improve yourself.

I don't think newfags can even fathom how seriously people took this thing and how heated discussion about this got in a mere two weeks. The absolute stretches and copes that people were going to justify and prove this right, as if their literal life depended on it. Was mass hysteria.

I remember insiders and everyone in the GameXplain circle were absolutely insufferable during and after the Grinch Leak. I have never encountered a group of people more face-punchingly smug then those people when the Grinch leak was proven false.
