They’d have to right? The switch 2 is way too big for portable use

I managed to fix one replacing both sticks. It’s never the same. the fucking thermal paste has to come off and replacing it (with the right type) was just downright retarded Nintendo design. it ran a little warmer and the fan sounded a little louder despite my work.
fuck Nintendo. also replacing the battery shouldn’t require removing the heal shield which removes the fucking thermal paste fuck

nta but they also made the Switch 2 harder to disassemble to discourage people from fixing stuff themselves. They want you to either send it in to them or be lazy and say fuck it and just buy a new one.

The only way your Switch 2 can get banned right now is for using a flashcart and you're only going to use a flashcart if you're trying to pirate games. They're also just banning you from using their online services and not bricking your console. Don't steal games and you'll be fine.

I want this more and more as time goes on. it’ll sacrifice a few touch games like Severed. Like >>713855856 said battery replacements are a bitch and it’d be a shame if these consoles die eventually from bad batteries in the far future. I have no idea if, like the PSP, it can operate without a battery so long as it’s plugged into the wall, in which case there would be nothing to worry about.

Nintendo's main audience are kids, so yeah they will. There probably won't be anything light about it though. It'll just have less features and be built cheaper so they can reduce the cost.

Anyways, chinkhelds are the only true handhelds these days.

My nigga that's an Odin, it has the same architecture as the Switch.

You can emulate it through native code execution and the game runs directly on the CPU, which greatly reduces the amount of processing power it needs to get good performance.
Breath of the Wild runs as good as it does on Switch, except it can look a little better with stuff like FSR sharpness and AMD super resolution.
I have yet to try the sequel but I'm not expecting much considering development of the emulator stopped.

I can’t imagine justifying a lite switch 2. It would be what? 339 perhaps? The switch lite was only a hundred bucks cheaper than the regular. 200 with the potential to go down to 150 sounds cheap. 300+ doesn’t. the sacrifices wouldn’t be worth it. they’re gonna keep the original switch around to fill that market.

I would if I cared for Switch games, its controls are utter shite. Not that I know if this thing has good buttons and sticks, but it's a reasonably safe guess.
