There is like 5 women in the game and not a single one of them is actually a stalker out in the field. 3 of them are vendors, 1 of them is only heard on a loudspeaker and never seen and 1 of them is a story character. I recommend you take anything this site says about stalker 2 with a grain of salt considering the seethe the third worlders here have for its country of origin.

There's also a woman in SoC and you can hear her singing Dirge around the Duty base

Of all the factions besides Military and Ecologists, probably Duty is the one I'd find most likely to actually be able to protect a woman and not have their men tear her apart, but thinking about it more, it's still immersion breaking. She would need bodyguards everywhere she went
