Did they ever make Ringmaster similar to the trailer or is it still a bait and switch that took years to release? I couldn't tell you what his abilities were but it had zero to do with the cool cinematic trailer they released.

nothing is stopping you from playing it as carry, it doesn't have to be good or meta, its kit is fundamentally broken so if you know how to abuse it you will be a pain in the ass to play against. People dread zoo hero one tricks for this exact reason.
