As far as I've seen, pretty fucking low. Last one I played which went EoS, they just made it possible to roll for every possible SSR in the game just to play with before the servers went down. And no they did not make the gacha rolls free or anything like that, all they did was put up those gacha and make it so you couldn't buy any gacha rocks anymore. That game was a real dumpsterfire from the beginning though, so I think the ending was just as appropriate.

Only one company has wasted money on multiple failed EOSed projects, and that's Square Enix. As pointed out by anons above, precedent has been set by MMX Dive and BD1 for preservation.

With that being said, don't expect the actually successful devs like Hoyo and Kuro to convert to offline anytime soon, if ever. The only thing that could EOS them is a) being as retarded as Square's nip devs or b) China starting a war with Taiwan. The latter is more likely to happen.

If you think about it, they might as well do just that because right now all those plotpoints and important lore bits are uploaded in Youtube and whatnot in several channels. Sure you could argue that it's not a permanent solution, but I doubt they even need a permanent storage, just something that will last tops a decade or two before Fate fades out as some other franchise becomes the next big thing or Nasu suddenly decides that he wants to write nothing but scifi stuff anymore.
