Overall it'd probably be manageable on the station though with heavy equipment it's hard to say, and doing any kind of manual labor would be hard if they aren't outright digging their feet into the ground for stability. on any kind of rough or soft surface in outdoors environments they'd be slipping and sinking into the ground.
If you look at mountain goats for example, aside from having at least 3 pts of contact with the ground their feet are flexible and have soft pads for grip.
