Yes. If you can pay 10 and get all the DLC do it. It's worth it for the heist DLC alone which is like 6 hours and the additional character skills.

I got it off of Humblebundle for pennies. Purely shooting wise it's an okay game, probably the best in the series, but the dialogue is atrocious.
I miss Gaige and anarchy gameplay. Bring it back for BL4 and I might buy it, Randy
