This is correct but not for the faggot wrong reason you are thinking. If you start a new account and just don't interact with any of the players then you can experience all the shit that matters just the same(the quests, the leveling, hunting for drops, doing construction, listening to the music) but you're not going to be starting fresh most likely. You'll want to log onto your main account that has all of the progress and the game with base 80's in all the skills is just far less fun than the game with base 20's because leveling takes ages along with any other goal.
So if you're willing to start fresh then the game is just as good, but you need to be willing to look away from your main account to do so.
