when i got VR and watched VR porn i came so fucking hard because females that used to be idealized and smudgy in flat videos were now in life size right in front of me, every fault and blemish visible. you can tell how short they are and how their arms are a little too long for their torso. you can see the assymmetry of their breasts. what would have been a red dot and a "ha ha i see a zit" reaction is now 100% a pimple and the reaction is more of a "dang, that's a decent sized one" in between a hundred other physical features being noticed

i love it. i've always considered experiencing females to include every aspect of their body, not just the good parts.

It's a question of budget allocation and priorities, not pulling some guy from one department to another that he has no experience in, retards. A better phrasing would be "why don't supervisors prioritize funds towards gameplay instead of rendering nose hairs?" and the answer is that it's creatively not challenging to tell someone to render a bunch of nose hairs. There's nothing novel or inventive about the idea of rendering nose hairs, and so you end up with graphically hyperdetailed half-movies where half the time the game tells you to sit down and watch characters talk or maybe hit a button or two for a QTE.

Upper management, directors, and producers don't know how to make a good game so instead they try and wow people with GRAFICS. Sony specifically has been pining for giga graphics because it's been their entire shtick for the past 3 decades, so if they back out now they're going to look like even more of a gigantic retard than they already do.
