Outer Wilds, especially the DLC.

There was something just unsettling and creepy about world of horror, really put me on edge for a long time. Good atmosphere, slow burning horror. It kind of wears off fast though, doesn't take many hours until it starts feeling a bit repetitive and shallow

Fear and Hunger: Termina
Not the scariest or most fucked up but the constant creepy factor and limited saves make for tense moment when you suddenly hear gunshots behind you and you start to lose health fast.

I remember playing Alien isolation with my cousins in our granny's basement just when it came out and actually shitting my fucking pants kek good memories

Theres a certain room in Metro Last Light where you come into a makeshift morgue with ghosts that manifest and begin choking to death all over again. Scared the living fuck out of me playing alone at 2am in the dark

last horror games i played that spooked me was Dementium II for the fucking DS, it's amazing how the DS can have a decent scary game. the last horror game i played was Erie, you get chase by a mutated monster and collect dead cats, great atmosphere, but did not spooked me.
