How was this done you ask? By comparing the pixel movement through an ufo test video.
How did they do it on the switch 2 you ask if it has not been jailbroken and the official filmware has no internet browser? Through a youtube video, which downclocks the screen to 60hz to save battery (because no jewtube video goes over that anyway) like any game that doesn't use the full 120hz would.
The video even literally admits to the downclocking around 4:50 even, "Switch 2 60hz IPS LCD"

Is the display set to 60fps or not? It's a 120hz screen. As long as it operates in that ratio then it should be fine. Most high refresh rate panels are slow at lower frequencies but that's why you just run games in vrr or at 120 etc.

It never took long. LCD panels were instantly hammered in reviews for being shit compared to even bottom of the barrel CRTs. They were pure marketing ploy sold to normies because they were thinner and lighter. Even to this day most high end IPC/TN/VA LCD panels are objectively worse than an old Viewsonic CRT that was bundled with millions of prebuilt PCs.
