How do you not loathe every second exercising? I enjoy the dopamine I get after exercising and getting bigger but I hate every single second of working out.

The only trick I've learned to not hating a loathsome activity is to not think so much.
This is also the only reliable way I've found to do some chore or activity that I really don't want to do.
Quit thinking about it, do it without thinking. If you find yourself thinking about out, just stop thinking. The more you do this, the easier it will be to quit thinking.

I think about the goal instead of the task itself. I think about how much I want to lose weight, and I accept that working out and eating less are the only ways I'll be able to achieve that. Focusing on my goal is a much better motivator than thinking about the task.

You just have to keep doing it, in every cardio session there is a wall that it will suck to get to, but once you get over that wall, you're like, man, I could do this all day. The trick is pushing past that wall, and not just giving up once you hit it. iirc I didn't know what I was doing so after some stretching I just did some arm curls, leg presses, sit-ups and last a 2 mile jog. I started feeling lethargic around a mile but forced myself for the 2nd one and that's kind of when my stomach started turning inside out and it was difficult to walk straight.
My diet is nothing excessive. I stay away from soda and high calorie/sugar drinks for the most part. Mostly eat only 2 meals a day and usually it's meat, rice, veggies and beans. I'm fat but not obese.

If you are lifting start with a weight you know you can lift, do 5 sets of 5 reps, rest 90 seconds in-between. Next time you do that exercise, add fire pounds to the total weight. Also you might have either low t or high cortisol(the symptoms are similar). Supplement in ksm66 to see ifbit's the latter as that's an easy fix if it is. You also might not be getting enough protein, you want 0.7 grams per pound of bodyweight per day. If you are overweight use your target weight for the calculation.

There are none that will be as effective as liftan and roonin. There's a reason working out has not changed in any big ways for a long ass time now(just tweaks and optimizations), because it's a solved problem. It really doesn't eat up that much of your time, you can get a full body resistance workout just doing compound lifts in about an hour, every other day.

I can tell you, because you are literally me. I grew up without a dad and with a mother who was barely present. I had to teach myself basic things like tying my shoes and shaving, and exercising.

For me the catalyst was health issues. I was in my mid twenties and started feeling chest pains. It got to the point where I saw a doctor and he told me that I was guaranteed to have a heart attack by the time I hit 30 if I didn't start moving my body.

I started small, only 5 minutes every day of pushups. I absolutely hate exercising but I enjoy the results. But I hate how I'm eating "healthy", I hate how I spend an hour or so at the gym not including travel time several days a week.
But I do enjoy the result. I look good and I feel healthy. Feeling full of energy, not being tired all the time, does help me enjoy vidya more. Girls still think I'm ugly so I'm still not getting laid but that wasn't my goal anyway. Otherwise I would've quit already.

Making a bunch of food in the weekend and putting in the fridge helps. Beef jerky, peanut butter snacks etc. also helps.
For some people it gets rough when they always eat the same thing but I don't mind it. I eat greek yoghurt everyday for more protein as a snack. Peanut butter is good for calories and protein.

I also just make a ton of meals with minced meat with beans, corn, spices etc. which can serve as dinner or lunch. I either wrap a portion in a burrito or eat it straight from a bowl or something. Chicken and rice works too. At the end of the week I might order something here and there.

I already eat just twice a day, a brunch because I eat like 3 hours after I wake up, and then something else about 6 hours later. I typically eat two multigrain bagels with peanut butter, this organic healthy brand with no sugar that doesnโ€™t taste all that great but itโ€™s not bad. For dinner Iโ€™ll eat pasta or rice with a chicken breast and some tea. I feel hungry a lot but I usually just drink water to fill that hunger feeling a bit. Is that still too much? Also, try replacing the pasta and rice with whole grains like bulgur or barley. There's more fiber and protein in those and less empty carbs that'll keep you bloated.

i got to work my bike, thats like 2 hours and a half of work out, biking to and from work

i also try to go to the gym frequently but on this hemisphere its winter and im freezing my balls off

im in decent shape i think, but theres still some belly fat i need to burn

I accidentally lost a bunch of weight and got fit by accident a couple of years back while eating like a total slob.
>getting ready to go to work
>walk 20 mins to my bus stop
>by the time the bus shows up and i make the journey i could have walked to work
>fuck it i'll just walk
>walk the hour to work
>eat bacon cheeseburger for lunch
>get chinese for dinner
>leave work and walk to bus stop
>by the time the bus shows and i make the journey i could walk home
>fuck it i'll walk almost entirely uphill for about an hour
>have a sandwich when i get home
>repeat for a few months
>look in the mirror one day and realise i'm lean as fuck and feel great
I quit and got lazy so I'm a fatty now but I'm working on it. That was the best I ever felt though. Felt light as a feather and full of energy.
