I played it during covid.
I got about 10 hours in and dropped it.
I remember thinking "hey this isn't so bad" at the start, the direction and music were really nice, the locations beautiful etc. Then it quickly devolved into nonsense, and the combat was utterly unbalanced because you need specific characters in certain situations or you're screwed.

Playing an awful and boring game that was jerked off harder than FFVII and FFVIII combined. I just personally didn't like the SPHERE GRIDO and Tidus was annoying. I can do turn-based combat just fine, but there were elements of the game I didn't care for, and apparently, I'm in the minority on that opinion.

The fact that I never beat the game because my game would freeze after I defeated Evrae. I think it was something wrong with my console or my save because I tried a couple of different ffx disks and the behavior was always the same.
