Why? Sony releases their shit on PC now. There is literally no reason.

I got one as a gift and it just sat collecting dust for ages. The only game I played on it came to PC anyway

because I could get a ps5 for $400 whereas a PC now costs $2000 just for the graphics card alone, ignoring cpu, motherboard and the rest.

My PC has a 2070 super and it's showing its age, I'd get better graphics from death stranding 2 with a base ps5, same with rebirth and monster hunter wilds too

why don't you just spend that money upgrading your PC instead of getting a PS5

Because I'd need a new CPU, motherboard, my monitor is only 1080p, I would want at least a 5070 ti if I was going to upgrade, we're talking like $2500 for a new PC.

Meanwhile a PS5 is $400 if I buy 2nd hand, I could play on my 4k TV, and have the next 2 years or something until ps6 comes out to worry about a PC upgrade.
