Literally any of them, just don't run it in a box with poor ventilation or a hot room. I swear 90% of people who have these problems keep the thing in a closed cabinet in 90 degree weather with 100% humidity.
Set it up on its side (longways) and make sure it's mounted on the base right for good fan performance.

The exact problem with the PS5 is that it's a fake PC so like a fake PC when temps gets hot it will suffer and there is no such thing as a universal PC that can be used for all sets.
Now that SF6 for example is on the Switch 2 there is no reason for SF6 TOs to not run sets on the Switch 2 instead other than Playstation stockholm syndrome. Most if not all sticks and pads will still connect to a Switch and for people that use the PS5 DualShit for some reason instead of a real fighting game controller the 8bitDo adapter will work.

Because a console's framerate is equal across the board. No two PC builds' framerates with all games are exactly alike.

From there it's just practicing the standard ventilation procedure:
Keep it in an open area and don't block the vents.
