Quick 9 kings question bros - what does the number you see after a battle on a tile mean? I know it's in the tutorial, but I forgot. DPS or number of enemies killed in that round?
also, I don't understand how turn skipping works. how many cards do I need to use/discard to skip a turn? can I skip turns without wasting cards?
Is over-invest a one-time thing, or does it always scale?
>>713944235 (OP)never played the game but I watched a few youtube videos on it, IIRC It's how much damage the unit on that tile did.
>>713945130your turn ends when you have only two cards remaining, if you're discarding then you need to discard until you have two cards left
wtf does patronage do?
"levels up your base plot by 3 levels"
as in, your citadel or pagoda or whatever? but it's easy to level, what's the big deal, why is this a rainbow card
>>713945130 You can't actually "skip" a turn per se without doing something with your cards - either playing or discarding. The game forces you to use down to two cards before ending the turn. Discards count toward that, so if you want to minimize waste, discard cards that don't cycle your draw (like ones without drawbacks or passive effects). There's no way to float a turn completely; you just have to manage your hand so youโre not bricking yourself. Pro tip: build around draw engines early if you plan to stall.
