The game is mostly dick jokes, and those get old incredibly quickly. The gameplay side of things are interesting, but strangely rely on a lot of mutli-kill style combos with guns that generally aren't very good at doing that sort of thing. The gunplay itself is mostly fine and the fights can be neat, but if you're going to make a DMC combo system that gives you the points you need to buy supplies...make the unique kills reward more points to justify using them as opposed to something basic like the usual "lash into environmental hazard" or just "shoot the bad men in the dick"
