>>713947786You need someone doing code, or at least putting shit together in the game engine you have and build levels, multiple people doing artwork depending on how artwork heavy your game is, a guy doing audio (you can buy stock music/sfx if you don't know anyone).
And most of all you need an idea behind the game and know enough about games to realise if something in the game is not fun.
So unless you are good at music, art, code, game logic, maybe even writing, you need several people minimum.
Even then, your game will 99% depend on whatever the art guys can do, unless you have an idea as big as Tetris.
