Nah. For mainline his team beat a juiced up Lucifer which puts him equal or above Demifraud at least, but Aleph and his party went up against higher powers still.
Plus all the Nahobino potential is only during fusion and either side can be ganked outside of it, Aleph has no such vulnerability.

Yeah it is, there isn't a peep about the Throne being a multiversal thing, or ruling over multiple worlds in a single universe. It's one world. I don't think it's ever been anything else besides Nocturne. I haven't played these games in ages though.
