The newest one Azuma is a spinoff game that dumbed down the farming a LOT and now your progression is entirely based around building four different towns on a grid plot, gaining stats for each building and decoration placed. Sadly the combat is too easy for much of this to matter, and the story rushes you too fast for gear and upgrades to feel satisfying or worthwhile.
