Is the Ace Attorney Trilogy worth playing?

Yeah,
AA2 can be a bit tough at times, but the last case is really good.

They're fun mystery adventure games. They go on sale all the time, and the tutorial does a good job of selling you on the concept. Buy it on Steam, check out the tutorial, it runs on basically every device, and if it's not your thing refund it.

I honestly don't know which one is better AA1 or AA2. Rise from the Ashes greatly improves first game.

First trilogy : kino
Second trilogy : slop
Investigations : boring slop
Great : start slow but gets better (the game has a very bad case of spending too much effort on the setup). Also Victorian era is kino.
Vs Layton : the puzzles and the main mystery are Layton-bad, but the trials are decent. First occurrence of the multiple testimonies system.
