I've always thought there's something hilarious about this design. The way he's leaning back all relaxed with a hand on a giant throttle lever that has no reason to exist and his chest is exposed for maximum sexcore aesthetics. His physique suggests he might hop out of that treaded wheelchair to fight on foot if needed, but it's unlikely he even has legs anymore. He's just half gigachad, half tank.
