i will only buy a game if i'm getting a physical copy of it that won't be locked out due to servers dying. otherwise i will almost always pirate.

People born approximately after 2000 grew up on subscription services, companies brainwashing them with heavy PR, and generally have very poor computer literacy.
When they think of piracy they think it's something scary and immoral.
