Mario wiki says the loco moto has the same stats as the baby blooper. Does that also mean same hidden stats too?

Im only at 6k and even still every fucking race is full of lightweights using baby blooper.

I'm 8.9 vr frontrunning B-Dasher class vehicles, meta only matters in comptranny settings like Lounge lobbies and Clan wars where its only 12 racers and 3laps.

the hidden stats are different, the speed stat is an average speed combination of 3 surface speed stats, "road", "terrain" and "water"
the loco moto is worse than the blooper because it has poor road speed (which is the most common surface type)
