Pretty sure internet access is still limited.

Not sure how close they are in Africa but one single mobile ISP launching in 2017 is pretty much responsible for bringing 100s of millions of indians online, from the company of India's richest man. The deployment was huge and they made it so cheap even the poorest cow dung-eater can afford it. Infrastructure is still needed, but wireless internet requires so much less of it.

East indians should be banned off the internet.
