How to make games better :

-Delegate advertisement to either nations or organizations, leverage electronic advertisement (TV, online ads etc...) to heavily cut the costs of marketing, make it porportional to the budget of a game. Instead of 200 mils for the game 200mils for marketing, make it 400 mils for the game, and they pay some kind of tax for the organization/nation

-Make rotations for consoles to have periods where we go back to retro gaming. 6 years of PS6, 6 years of SNES, 6 years of PS7, 6 years of PS1, 6 years of PS8, 6 years of PS2, 6 years of PS9, 6 years of SNES, and so on. Impose limitations like resolution, texture resolution, maybe framerate. Make devs compete with each other making 400 millions dollars Daggerfall 2 and shit. Potentially, buff the capacity of consoles, not to increase polycount or texture detail/resolution, but to make dev easier, increase draw distance, npc counts, game mechanics etc, more sprites/bigger sprite son the SNES screens etc.
