New Vegas with base game companion as your party. I think it was a huge miss that you couldn't form a gang to travel the Mojave with, but I get why. Having a more linear story with VATS in place of magic would let those interactions shine. Imagine Lily and Veronica doing a team up skill where they punch from both sides. KINO

> JRPG to WRPG
Metaphor: Refantazio as a TES game. You play as a random candidate while Will is going on his main quest. Each tribd has a unique playstyle and options. You can fuck with the main quest as it progresses and derail it by killing Will, Louis, or Forden early.

I liked it in Golden Sun where none of the Yes/No options actually do anything (besides that time you can doom the world in 1 by refusing to do the main story), but in the 2nd game if you act like an annoying contrarian for the entire game the old man will have a meltdown

I know I'm offtopic with this but I would really love
1. strategy / TRPG Diablo game
and
2. Fallout as a deck builder, where exploration would be like it is in F1 and F2, but each combat would be via cards (obviously), each card would have a "weight" like it is in Fallout games (meaning that you wouldn't be able to walk around with a whole deck of sniper rifle cards for example), and most of the cards would have limited use (like ammo and healing). You'd also be able to collect cards from dead bodies. While the game would NOT be roguelike/lite with permadeath setting, I would like it to be with auto save with the option to restart the battle but also with no option to reload after you made a "critical mistake" like killing a civilian or trying to steal an item / card with low success %
