Not him, but when I played this, I used Asmodeus, Ragnaros, and Deathwing.
Asmodeus getting nerfed from mobile artillery piece, to shitty dps broke my spirit to continue, but I had a little more fun ignoring the game mechanics with Deathwing when he came out.

Looking back and how many games have outright flopped, this shit wasnt so bad really.
It actually has queues and a population to this day, I don't wanna admit it myself but it really was a success even if it doesn't meet everyones expectations

Okay that makes sense, but I'd note the way dota does team exp sharing is a bit more strategic than hots merely because it's on a timer and teams can time it to where they start a teamfight mid or elsewhere while 1 support player goes and steal the XP rune with the goal of no one dying in the said-team fight or something along that line.
