what games are most similar to this that i should try next? be it similar storytelling/characters or just turn based mechanics (with or without the realtime dodging part)

FFX is an obvious choice, but I'd go with the PS1 and SNES era classics as well, especially OG FF7 and 9.

Persona 5 (classic version) is also pretty good.

For the TB combat with interactive bits, good ol' Super Mario RPG, Paper Mario, and even Yakuza: Like a Dragon are fun experiences.

If you just want similar vibes but completely different gameplay, the NieR series plus Ico & SotC are must play.

He asked for something good like E33, not low quality garbage from an irrelevant pedo island

Nier Automata is the only thing that has the same vibe that I can think off. Most of the other people in here just went "E33 is kina like a JRPG, so here are some more JRPGs".

just spin the wheel of UE4/5 goyslop and play whatever it lands on. statistically likely it'll be of indistinguishable (((quality))) from Excrement Turdy Three.
