Try an easier game like Lotus Land Story or Imperishable Night with Reimu. The former will let you get used to not having a visible hitbox in a more casual-friendly environment and you can check out the other PC-98 games and EoSD afterwards. IN has a lot of features and safeguards, at least for the Reimu/Yukari team, that makes it really simple to 1cc and it has a visible hitbox if that's important to you. Both are really good games to start with.

do not start with the pc98 games because you will spoil yourself with the absolute PEAK of touhou games and become unable to play the windows ones
for windows pcb is a good starting point, IN isn't bad either
the later ones are faster paced and have gay mechanics

The only ones I was able to 1cc on normal were 7, 8 and 10. Start with either 7 or 8, 6 is kinda hard.
