Emulation. The consoles all have fan translations you can download from the web. The PC-98 version is still in limbo, unfortunately.

Yes. Snatcher was good too though. Just not as. MGS 1 was also pretty kino.

If you wanna experience the best version of the game, then try to download Saturn emulator from Retroarch. Have all the material from PC-98 and more last time I played. PS1 have better CGs, but removed stuff for some reason.

I like the plot of Snatcher more so than Policenauts, personally. Granted they are both copies/homages of other popular properties of the late 80s. For some reason I couldn't really get that invested in the latter game. I do love both of their soundtracks.
