Wilds is fastest selling mh game and we have daily threads about it.
Dunno what are you talking about.
Also, unlike latest ateleir games that don't have their own audience, Wilds was made obviously with mh4 and world fans in mind.

It's not like people talk about Ryza games specifically they just talk about how they want to fuck Ryza.

Do atelier autists seriously dislike that the game has an auto crafting option?
Really?? Because I can't imagine having to deal with so many fucking options just to craft some stuff, artificial bloat at it's finest. I like doing it manually for gear but even still not for all of it. It would so annoying to deal with all of this manually and from my memories of playing Ayesha it wasn't this complicated either.

The entire point of the game is crafting autism, genius. It's in the fucking title, you run an atelier. Otherwise it'd just be a generic C list RPG which Yumia is.
But the biggest sin is that alchemy in Yumia doesn't interact with open world at all, you don't craft yourself an S quality handrail glove to zip faster, you don't make yourself a pikeaxe to grind better ore, all you synth is for combat and combat alone, and none of the quests require quality above zero. And the combat is dogshit.

Yumia is cute but they made crafting way too simple and the open world doesn't have shit to do
Personally I think open world just doesn't work in Atelier, it didn't work in Ryza 3 and it didn't work in Yumia

>The entire point of the game is crafting autism
Yeah but then it should have been made fun. I remember the system being fun in some of the older games but now they're made it way too overdesigned to be any fun, some automation is nice. You can and still should optimize the crafting manually to get the best stuff anyway.
I think it's a good compromise

Yeah. Big part of the appeal of the whole alchemy autism is figuring a way around it's limitations. But since there are no limitations I feel nothing after crafting a perfect item.
Also even NG+ difficulty is completely braindead if you are even remotely serious about alchemy autism.

It's really not. There's no targeting system for generic enemies which are lumped together under a single health bar. Most of the game is spent spamming skills too quickly for any of the nuances to really matter, and then dodging when the game tells you to. That's assuming you don't nuke everything within the first couple of seconds.

Yeah, I've been sleepwalking through very hard difficulty with quality 300 gear. Then I've downloaded a save to unlock charismatic but it was still too easy so I've dropped it altogether.
Maybe I'll give this game another chance but limit myself to 100 quality cap or somesuch.

The auto craft made the alchemy feels pointless. Why spend 5 mins menu-ing to get 99% efficient on manual craft when auto craft took only 20 seconds to get 90% efficiency.
