there are no terms or conditions, its an automated mob justice system. ive been put into lpq for dying too many times because my team reported me for it and i was on a "short leash" due to a previous lpq sentence, which i got for my ISP being dogshit in a city i used to live in

You get low prio by being mass reported for playing like shit or repeatedly abandoning games, or yelling on mic and being a nuisance (and even then you get automuted mainly), nobody gives a fuck otherwise.
