Do you ever get anxiety about finishing games you really like because you know once you're done with them you'll never have a reason to go back and play them again?

I wouldn’t say anxious but when I got to the final dungeon in Zelda OoT. I kinda just dropped the game. I felt like I saw everything I had to see. I did the same with Breath of the Wild and Hyrule castle.

Older I get I give less a shit about completing or 100%ing. If I get enough out of a game I'm usually fine-I don't have time and bandwidth like I used to.

Yes. This leads me to not finishing games more frequently than I'd like.

No, because if I like a game I will just replay it as typically I didn't 100% it on my first playthrough and there's usually harder modes to try.
Oddly I do have a tendency to not finish games I really like, but I don't know why. I'll brute force a bad game to completely get it out of my mind. There's no "What if it gets better at the end" thoughts. I beat it and can say without doubt that it sucked. But with good games I will occasionally just put them down right near the end.
