Nah honestly GTA 2 was really nice back in the days.
Vice City was enjoyable because of the soundtrack.
Apart from that you didn't miss anything.

Thank fuck someone else shares this opinion. Aside from being an interesting physics sandbox, GTA IV has awful mission design.
