Good luck with that lol. You’re trying to fight decades of cultural tropes baked into anime and JRPG character design. The whole “pretty boy” aesthetic isn’t going anywhere because it sells-both to male and female audiences. If anything, it’s only getting worse with how much gacha and idol-style games dominate now. The only real way to “stop it” is to stop giving them money, but we all know people won’t.

So there is very much a fight here, but you may not have noticed it because it's not made to be noticed but subtly influence people's preferences so that they gravitate more towards valuing western styles.
