I have never, not once, met a competent indian developer, and I've been writing games for 30 years. I'm 53 years old and not a single one has managed to write anything of value. There are Japanese school children who have written better games than anything india has shit out.

It's a matter of passion and drive. Indians don't have it. They never have. They're consumed by greed and will do the bare minimum to get paid. When they embark on a new project they never go into it thinking "I really want to do this story justice" or "I really want to make something people will love playing." No. They think "I am getting paid to do this" or "I can extend my visa if this company accepts my garbage output long enough."
